The woman that greeted me and took all of my information when I arrived was very kind and patient. The young male nurse/medical asst that did my vitals and my intake was so pleasant and nice. And the PA that examined and diagnosed me was absolutely amazing. She took her time and explained things to me. They all made my experience there great. I will probably never go to any other medical aid unit. They were phenomenal.

Great experience! Was in and out within an hour. The staff checked me in and I was in a room in 5 minutes. The Doctor came to evaluate me and ordered an X-ray. The X-ray was done in 10 minutes. The doctor came with the results that I had fractured my leg and had me fitted in an air cast. I have never had such a fast medical appointment. Great job to entire staff!

so I love going to the Greenville urgent care it is so amazing. I’ve never met nicer people especially at an urgent care and welcoming and just patient and very nice the Dr’s bedside manner is always appropriate and they’re very like aware of your medication your history and they really don’t judge you for anything I’ve been there they’ve been able to do an x-ray if they needed to and I am so happy that we have that. Because it’s so nice and close to my house and they have a very clean office it’s very opened and it’s just like I don’t know very comfortable and something we definitely needed I’m thankful That we are able to go there and grateful that they open so cool so thank you and I do recommend anyone who has something that they don’t need to go to the hospital for even like for your

Arrived at 7:20 (website and all signs on building say hours are 8am-8pm and walk ins are welcome). I was promptly told by the woman at the desk that “it’s 7:21 and we close at 8 so we can’t see you”. The waiting room was empty, all of the employees were chatting and laughing together. There is no reason I couldn’t have been seen. If your hours are not truly 8-8 then that needs to be listed for patients to see
