Desk staff very friendly and prompt to work. But when you wait in a room sick longer then a physician is willing to find a solution for your problem is a huge red flag. You pay to have the same information you give the nurse told back to you by a "professional" google is free and could of told me more "home remedies" very displeased and a great waste of money before the holidays. Called and expressed my frustration and the lady who calls back informs me "she wont go back and forth with me about it because she is a offsite/out of office and didn't get to see me herself" which the employee put me on the call back list with her because she is capable of prescribing in the first place. No pain meds or anything of that nature some antibiotics to fight a sickness I've been fighting for 4 days. I

Best experience I have ever had with a walk-in clinic/doctor office. My son came home from school not feeling well. The check in secretary was welcoming & friendly. Quinn took at least 20 minutes with us to run tests & go over my son's symptoms. Fawn came in & checked him out. Everyone was very professional. I checked in for a 6:30pm appt online, checked-in in person around 6:20pm & out of there before 7:30pm. Highly recommend!!!

Dr Harris was phenomenal he listened to everything that I had to say he was very friendly. He's just wonderful dr and his staff was awesome as well. They were a reflection of Dr Harris and I would recommend this office to anybody. they get 10 stars.

i got there around 10am with an appt already scheduled. the ladies at the front desk were both nice, the nurse was also friendly and kind. the provider that day, Amber NP, was also very attentive, kind and helpful! the service was quick, in and out in less than 35 minutes, most of that time i was being seen by the healthcare team; i probably sat in the waiting room less then 10 minutes. i would definitely come back here again. thank you!

My husband and I both visited on the same day at different times both had an amazing experience with the staff and the care. I met the lead on her way home in the parking lot and she told me she hoped I felt better soon. That was very nice to hear from someone that was headed home most don't do that.
