They let my daddy fall twice. The second time was out of bed. He was sent to hospital his body temp was 64 when he got there. He had both eyes black his nose all mess up , bruises everywhere. The worst place to put your love ones.

Very unprofessional, staff are rude and do not listen to family about their loved ones care and what they take at home.
