Chris' Pharmacy and Gifts

This place is usually pretty quick and great for general meds. But with refills, they tend to NOT give you all the requested meds. I pick up my mom's medicine and I have no clue what I'm supposed to be picking up. Several times now she's had to go the weekend without her meds because they didn't give me everything they had ready for her. There are some instances where they don't have the requested meds in stock however they can typically fill the prescription within a day.

I’ve been using Chris in Maurepas for years and the service is unmatched. They are always efficient with time, communicates when prescriptions are ready, and I have never had to wait longer than half an hour. I went to Chris’s Pharmacy to get my Covid19 vaccination and was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the process was. Paige was excellent at checking in process, great service and efficient. The pharmacist Tommy was quick and very informative about the vaccine and any possible side effects. (None experienced) Overall extremely efficient and very courteous. I’m going to check my insurance coverage to check on moving my prescriptions there. Much better than the big chain I go to now where apparently a smile cost extra.

I’ve used this pharmacy 10 years ago as a child and multiple of my family members have been and are currently using this pharmacy for 20 plus years. I was declined service and considered a “new patient” regardless of the prescriptions i had from there as a child. They refused to fill the medication that my doctor sent in. Very disappointed and it is a huge inconvenience for me. Do not recommend this pharmacy, they probably won’t accept you as a new patient anyway!

My cashier, Alison Parker, was very helpful and made my experience as quick and convenient as possible. She’s very sweet and polite and ultimately made my experience a 5/5!
