Why do I give this Southwest Eye Care five stars because I’ve been going to them for 30 years and probably 25 of those have been Chris. He takes the time every single visit to sit and talk for 20 minutes or so about what’s happened in the last year of your life, how your health is. Couple years ago I had some kind of eye irritation and he gave me his cell phone number that if I was away on vacation, I could text him to renew my medication.
Dr. Freed is friendly, professional, and efficient. He pays attention to the little things, which makes me feel heard.
Dr. Chris Freed does an excellent job, taking time to answer questions, and making you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend him, and Southwest Eye Care to others.
Dr Freed takes the time to chat and “catch up” with his clients as he goes about the exam. Always feel welcome along with excellent state of the art care! Awesome staff, too!!!
