Nice building w easy parking. Friendly courteous and professional staff. Good distancing re covid and a very short wait time. I really like my new doctor, Meagan Jones. She listened, helped me make decisions for my needs and was thorough. I'm very pleased with my first office visit. We got so much accomplished.

I took my mom to her appointment. The receptionist who helped us check-in, was not very friendly. Receptionists are the face of the office and should at least provide a good customer service. Disapppointed that she did not even greet us or say hi or hello. No smile at all. She instructed my mom to sign something and gave my mom an attitude. They should hire a more friendly receptionist or probably retrain her and educate her about a good customer service. Other than that, Dr. Ortiz was great! She thoroughly examined my mom. She took her time answering all the questions that we had.

I had an appointment today, staff was very friendly. Rachel Buck NP. is amazing. She listens attentively to you, and tries to find the best care for your health issues or concerns. She has been the best health care provider I’ve ever had. Just want to say thank for the years of care you’ve given me!

The staff here is world class. Dr Jones is such a wonderful, warm , caring doctor that has bent over backwards for me and her nurse Megan is so kind , upbeat and knowledgeable. They both are so understanding, I know I couldn't get the same level of care anywhere else. It's a true pleasure and such a relief to be cared for by them. Thank you so much ladies. God bless
