They turned a mother of 3 boys away cause she was 15 minutes late she had to reschedule, I was 15 minutes early & wasnt called until 3 min after appointment time to be told we cannot be seen for 2nd dosage of flu shot, appointment was scheduled to soon & they waited until I am in office at 830am on Monday! They do not show respect or treat kids with care!!

Ashley Williams, CRNP, is hands down the best pediatric provider we’ve ever had. She sees all three of my kids and has been nothing short of incredible. She’s caring, empathetic, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She takes the time to really listen and never makes us feel rushed. My kids feel comfortable with her, and I always leave appointments feeling confident in their care. I plan to stick with her for years to come as my kids grow. We’re so lucky to have found her!

As a first time mom, choosing the right pediatrician felt daunting and overwhelming. Initially, I started with a different office but quickly realized they didn’t seem to prioritize my infant daughter's best interests. When my daughter was about a month old, we switched to CHOP Primary, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. She has been seen by several doctors here, and every single one has been exceptional. The team is kind, attentive, and takes the time to listen to all of our concerns. I feel confident knowing my daughter is in such caring and capable hands.

My children have been going to this office for over a decade, as it was Coventry Pediatric until recently. Ever since this practice became a CHoP Care Network it’s taken a nosedive down hill. When this was Coventry Pediatric, you could call same day EVERY DAY for a sick visit. In a decade, my sick child was never turned away. I was never directed to an urgent care 45 minutes away, making for a much more expensive appointment, ever, as Urgent Care costs more than an office visit. Now that the office is CHoP I’m ALWAYS directed to the more expensive (and more financially beneficial to CHoP) route to urgent care. Now you have to spam dial the office at 7:55am and hope you’re the first to get a CALL CENTER!?! And get the one and only sick appointment they have each day. The office and the auto

I recently took my daughter to CHOP Primary Care in Pottstown for a sore throat, and the staff that I interacted with at the front desk and the nurse practitioner that cared for my daughter were great. They were kind, thorough, and made us feel well cared for. We got rapid Strep A and Flu A/B results in-office, and they sent a strep culture to the lab to be sure. But the bill? Outrageous. It came to $405.81 after insurance (United Healthcare), with $158 for the visit, $68 for the rapid strep test, and a whopping $245 for the lab culture. UHC paid a small amount due to our deductible, which is fine—but these prices are way above what’s normal. A rapid strep test should be $20-$50, not $68, and a culture $50-$150, not $245. Even with flu testing, $405.81 is too high compared to fair healthc
