Choice Family Pharmacy

I've gone here a few times for bipap supplies and it's felt like a scam. The price for filters, 15 USD for 2 as an example. Today I was told I couldn't get partial because the face gear and head gear come as a kit... So I can't get just one which is insurance covered... It's a force purchase of both... Even if I had old compatible gear or could find it cheaper elsewhere they said no. Then she promptly hung up... I get it, customer service is gone in the US, and soon it'll be where we have to tip and apologize for existing just because we disagree with their crazy pricing... This was just the add-ons... Not even the main mask or key part for the bipap...

First time at this Pharmacy and it was a great experience. Tia was extremely helpful and kind. I will do all my Pharmacy needs moving forward here. Very professional.

All the staff at Choice are professional courteous & considerate. No one could compete with them. The Pharmacist, Tara, helped me thru a very stressful time. My elderly family member, takes alot of medication. Its very complicated. Especially for a layperson, like myself. Dosing & timing is a dangerous situation. How is it anyone outside of the medical field suppose stay on top all "new" medication? As the caregiver & healthcare proxy it truly terrifies me. Any mistakes could be a serious issue, even life threatening. I am truly grateful we are finally organized on a month supply. Choice took time to ease my mind. I appreciate each and everyone of you. I find you to be a valuable partner regarding the needs for our family member. Sincerely!

I have always had a great experience with this business until last week when I spoke to what sounded like an experienced teenager answering the phone. Very snarky and rude. I usually speak to a super nice lady who has been there a long time and she has always been great. I went to another medical supply company because this young lady didn't care if I purchased and seemed like she didn't want to be bothered.

Always efficient and rx done quickly. Nice staff
