My brother was a resident from July 2020 til May 2021, he was a special case and family was over two hours away and could not visit due to covid and so even though we were able to call him and send him packages because he was receiving state aid family had to pay for certain items that his insurance did not cover, however the money or checks had to be made out to the residential centers general funds and three months ago this upcoming week my brother was transferred to a facility closer to us and it was then that this center started sending us bills and even stated that they would call my brothers insurance and get him cut off or they would sue the family. My brother is happy now and is receiving pretty good care at this new facility and family is able to visit him and keep tabs on any iss
I'm living here now to get physical therapy and to get my health back in order.
My granny passed away here.
