CHLA Neighborhood Clinic - Pediatric Urology

They are terrible at answering calls. This morning, every time I managed to reach someone, the call was hung up on me, and the staff sounded completely indifferent while you could clearly hear them chit-chatting in the background. Later in the afternoon, I was left on hold for over 25 minutes, only to be hung up on again. We’ve been coming to this hospital for 5 years and have never experienced anything like this with any other department. Note: The doctor is amazing! This review has nothing to do with the doctors instead this is for the front desk answering calls.
