CHKD Pediatric Specialists

My children had been going to Fred & Robert Fink for over 14 years. I went to their father who was also an excellent pediatric specialist. The new office manager from 2021 2022 is horrible and rude. She & one of her nurse staff members look at my children & judged them. My youngest was traumatized by the office & her actions. I loved the doctors but will never recommend them to anyone because of that experience. My parents were also shocked the doctors allowed it to happen. I'm shocked they hired her. I can take a horrible hostel environment, but to be rude to a child is unacceptable. Their new doctor is thorough & great. I wish we had a better experience & I wish they valued us as customers & patients.

I called today to schedule a sick appointment for my child and was told that I had a $25 balance on my account which stemmed from a form that my child filled out during the wellness visit. My child was asked to complete this form and because the doctor wanted to address the form with me. I was charged $25.00. I did not ask for this form and just assumed “that just because my child answer the question and the doctor addressed it at the same appointment that I would be charged is insane. I just acquired this Dr. Rowland as my kids doctor a few months ago, and will be looking for another doctor outside CHKD group. UPDATE: I spoke to Francis the supervisor in billing, and she was only able to tell me that because my child filled out the form that was asked by the doctor to be filled out an

Fantastic Pediatricians Office! The staff is incredible and very well-organized. My children's doctor, Dr. Jennifer Holland, is amazing, as are all the other doctors. I love this place so much.

They have cancelled 2 of our 5 appointments already and we've had to reschedule last minute (including trying to reschedule my daughter's 4 month shots a month late). They keep shuffling us around to different doctors so nobody is actually tracking the progress of my baby, just giving her shots and brushing off any of our concerns without so much as a serious consideration. They also have yet to start an appointment less than 30 minutes late.
