Norfolk pediatrics you are an amazing group of professionals. From the moment you walk in to when you leave. You do such a great job at making my kids comfortable. You guys are the best with my kiddos. You guys are so sweet, helpful, informative and patient. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and working with us on whatever is needed. Whether being late, needing to reschedule 4 times, doctor request, paper filled out. You name it you get it done fast and with no notice attitude, which is much appreciated

I’m a single mother raising my daughter on my own, and my experience with some of the nurses here has felt very catty and unkind. During one visit, I asked a nurse with a short wavy blonde dyed haircut if I could please have a few diapers to take home. I was in the process of transitioning into WIC and still getting my finances together. Instead of simply responding, she reacted as if the request itself was unpleasant or beneath her, which made me feel embarrassed. At another appointment, she watched me struggle into the exam room while carrying my baby and the car seat base together. Later, I overheard a large collective laugh it was a group of nurses laughing and saying that I smelled. At that time, all my energy was going toward caring for my child, and I was waiting for my finances

THESE STARS ARE FOR MEDICAL STAFF ONLY! The medical staff is great and professional, but that front desk needs an entire overhaul, or a class in professionalism and customer service of which they are both lacking. By the way those stars up there are for the MEDICAL STAFF ONLY! It was one front member and only one that deserves any and all credit, but I don't recall her name. Thank you.

My family and I have been through so much. We we’re longtime patients of Dr.Amin who was a wonderful doctor to my three boys since they were born. When he left it was hard on all of us. But what has been even more devastating is being dropped as a patient by the new clinic , CHKD. I missed appointment during a time of extreme grief and hardship. My husband, kid’s father passed away and I was doing my best to hold things together the clinics decision feels incredibly COLD. Now I’m in a terrible position, trying to find a new doctor while being turned away because of the “no show” on my record. This has been a constant, painful reminder of the worst time in our lives and it’s completely heartbreaking.

Everyone here is so nice. The Receptionist are always so welcoming and Dr. Jordan is incredible. Our 2 year old loves her and so do we.
