I’ve been with these people for almost 18 years. The last 5 they have become worse and worse. Called to speak to a nurse yesterday because my daughter’s eye was swollen. A nurse was supposed to call back. 2.5 hours later i call back to see what is going on and there is zero record of me calling (I called twice, was disconnected the first time) left a voicemail for the office manager and still no call back. Find a different provider… these people have become reckless with follow through on care. Filing a formal complaint with them and our insurance about them.

This practice has demonstrated a persistent and dangerous failure in medication management involving my child’s controlled prescription. For multiple consecutive months, the provider has submitted the prescription incorrectly, directly resulting in my child being forced to go without a medically necessary medication. These are provider errors, not pharmacy issues. The most concerning aspect is the lack of urgency and accountability once these errors are identified. Corrections routinely take days, despite the well-known regulatory restrictions and clinical importance surrounding controlled substances. Repeatedly depriving a pediatric patient of essential medication due to preventable errors reflects a serious breach of the standard of care. This is not an administrative inconvenience —

what a surprise that all the reviews are one star. if I can give zero I would. this place is a joke and the workers are rude. I was told I cannot reschedule for canceling an appointment due to an emergency my children and I had. I asked to speak to someone regarding this and to appeal this decision and was not allowed to do that. I would suggest finding a better pediatric practice. general booth is extremely petty and frankly does not deserve to provide services in Virginia Beach.

This Dr office refused my niece for her annual visit for being out of the grace period by 1 minute. The office staff doesn’t care enough about patients and need to be trained in patient well being. Sad to see. She has been coming here since she was born and is now 16.

Love them, very good professional staff, always trying to help and find spot( even if last minute). All doctors super knowledgeable and caring and trying to do first more natural methods and if needed go to antibiotics. Dr. Desoto always makes us happy and answers all our questions to make sure we satisfied. All nurses always very welcome and nice 💓. Thank you guys for all what you do 🙏🙌💓
