We have been going here for years now. The front desk staff, doctors and nurses have always been attentive and helpful with questions. It is a busy office but we are able to get a sick appointment when needed.

I have a deep appreciation for the medical expertise provided by the doctors at Chesapeake Pediatrics, and our experiences with care have been consistently positive when we've been able to get an appointment. However, regrettably, I must give them only two stars due to the increasing difficulty in getting an appointment here these days. Unfortunately, same-day or even next-day appointments are rarely available, leaving little recourse for timely care, especially when unexpected illnesses arise after their morning sick hours. My concern is not limited to urgent or sick situations; for instance, when seeking an appointment for my daughter's persistent rash, I was informed of no availability in the foreseeable future, prompting the receptionist to suggest going to urgent care. Love this office. They have separate waiting rooms for sick and well visits. Sick call in the mornings typically move quickly without feeling rushed in the exam room, and the staff is always kind, compassionate, and patient. They listen to my children when they are explaining any concerns and answer questions in a way that the kids can understand. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a pediatric team that genuinely cares about the kids they serve.
