Hello I wanted to share a little heads-up about my experience with this office's scheduling system. On January 20, I received a text at 10:01 AM comfirming my 1:00 PM appointment, which was helpful! However, when I arrived, I found out that my appointment had been cancelled and given to someone else because I hadn’t 'confirmed' it—despite getting a confirmation reminder just a few hours earlier. Unfortunately, I never received a cancellation notice, which left me surprised when I arrived. To top it off, they couldn’t fit me in that day, so I had to rebook for another date, meaning I lost my travel time and a bit of time off work. I just wanted to suggest that you double-check with a human to confirm your appointment to avoid any mix-ups. Those automated texts can be a bit tricky and mig

Dr. Badawy & his staff are absolutely phenomenal!! I absolutely cannot express how grateful I am for Dr. Badawy & the work he has done with some issues I had. He was absolutely amazing working with me & I felt no pain at all!! In fact I was so calm I nearly fell asleep!! Thank you so very much Dr. Badawy & his supportive techs & front end gals!! This dentist is a fraud! Submitted a claim to my insurance for work that was never done. Went to another dentist to actually do the work, it was denied because this dentist accepted the payment from the insurance company. So i have to pay the work out of my own pocket! Sought legal representation for insurance fraud and damages. Cut and dry case so I have quite a few lawyers to chose from.

Ive had a lot of bad experiences with local dentists. It’s been quite the opposite here. Super friendly team, pain free and efficient. Wish Id of found them sooner.

The office is very clean and the staff is very friendly. They put you right at ease. The dentist is very professional and cares about his patients and listens to any concerns you have. I personally cannot have much Novocain and he guides me through any procedures slowly and with full concern for any pain I may experience. I don’t feel nervous at all. The office is also very helpful at getting you seen as soon as possible. Best dentist I’ve ever had!!
