Chino White Dental

Worst dentist office ever! I had a traumatic time at Chino White Dental. The staff, especially Jeanette and Jasmine, displayed a really mean and unprofessional attitude that made me feel uncomfortable and never want to come to this dentist again. Also, the dentist rushed through my appointment and simply placed a white filling over my old silver fillings instead of doing the necessary work to my teeth. It felt like they are more interested in making money than providing quality care. The overall environment was not welcoming, and I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I truly hope they improve or consider closing down if they can't provide proper dental care. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

My mom and I were recommended this dentist by a friend of ours a couple of years back, Everytime I kept going to an appointment, they kept putting fillings in constantly, almost all my teeth are filled with filling, I literally thought they knew what they were doing, I trusted them, now in the present time, I can't even enjoy eating chips or anything like that cause my right molar crumbled!! I did need a root canal but the filling they stuffed in there didn't even freaking last long enough!!! I hate that my tooth crumbled! And today it just crumbles more! I'm so frustrated l, now I have to find another dentist.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this dentist's office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was pessimistic, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional. The technician, Jeanette, was extremely aggressive with me, and her xenophobic attitude made the entire situation even worse. Keep in mind, they completely botched my dental work, and now I have to seek help from another dentist to fix the damage, and I’m going into the office in good faith that they will refund me the money I put into getting my teeth done with them; only to be dealt with aggression and a condescending attitude. To make matters worse, the manager later called me in bad faith, lied about the incident and kept saying they have a recording of me in attempt to scare me to speak out. She kept saying I said a bad

I brought my little sister here and the staff was so rude to us and the whole time in there was unpleasant. I have never felt so unwelcome at a dentist office before. Ladies at the front have such a bad attitude when checking you in and talk down to you. Wouldn’t recommend or come back.

They have no idea what they are doing at this place the communication is terrible they will tell you they will set up a specialist for you (because dr couldn’t finish the job) then they act like they never said such thing. The receptionist is rude and speaks over you when you are just trying to get your teeth fixed. Did I mention the office is very small and they overbook forcing the dr to run around to every room to do a few things which leaves you waiting for over half an hr and then they work on you and the numbing agent they gave you has worn off.
