Everyone was very nice and compassionate, from when I called Thursday afternoon when I was injured, to Katie scheduling me for a Friday appointment, to Sonia welcoming at front office and explaining process to me and answering all my questions, to Jessica doing my X-rays with care, to Dr. Tara Afifi explaining my dental condition, treatment process and plan, and reassuring me of my dental health. I am happy and excited for my 2026 Dental plan! I definitely recommend CHINO VALLEY SMILE CENTER! EXCELLENT INFORMATIVE QUALITY DENTAL SERVICE!

I have gone to this office a few times since 2021, mostly with my husband that passed. Dr. Afifi, Katie, Sonja, Jessica and hygienist are professional and explained in detail of my treatments. Other staff members were awesome too! Another bonus is there’s a Finance Dept with zero interest for 12 months, depending on what you select. I’m a happy with Dr. Afifi and staff. Give them a try!

I recently finished up a three-week blast of appointments at Chino Valley Smile Center. New patient, referred by an insurance liaison (who is also excellent), I discovered a practice where every level of care —front office to the close-up work in the big chair— is handled by professionals with candor, humor and kindness. I’m still a bit dazed by how quickly my plan of care came together, and how rapidly the team executed it… yet here I am, with a mouth full of clean, healthy teeth it’s now *my* responsibility to maintain. I’m excited to do so, and look forward to my next cleaning, where the results of what I was taught will be reviewed. Fingers crossed I get good grades! Highly recommended practice. 😁

I went to this Dentist office last Friday, 10/24/2025 for Tooth Pain. They took X-Rays. Dentist said the teeth that are hurting is not cracked. Dentist wanted to Fill one of my teeth and pull the other 2. I told the Dentist I would like to have the Tooth he wanted to fill, pulled and the other tooth behind it, pulled as well since those 2 are the primary culprits for my PAIN. I had the same symptoms on the other side of my mouth with the same 2 teeth. Those were pulled because they were cracked. He sent in the front office girl to tell me, since the tooth he wanted to FILL does not meet my insurance criteria for coverage, I have to pay out-of-pocket for the Filling.
