Wasn’t possible to give NO STARS, these liars use “AD BAIT” claiming to have a special for $1299 metal braces. Once you’re in office, of course the orthodontist is going to find a reason to claim you need treatment for longer than 1 year to get away from the ad price. For a simple basic case he’s going to double the treatment time to double the cost. FRAUD FAKE ADVERTISING SCAMMERS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Be very aware of this place , I am quite familiar with arbitration agreements , but this place place an obligation to sign away your rights for medical malpractice in order to provide service this is illegal in california , please note this 2 types of agreements are not the same , so please read your paperwork clearly before signing , front page first paragraphs look innocent enough , but on the last page it clearly states what you are signing away. Staff was very rude and condescending

I had an amazing experience at this dental clinic. Dr. Chang was incredibly kind and patient with me. I have a strong fear of needles and usually get a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work, but he was so understanding and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Thanks to his gentle approach and professionalism, the experience was better than I expected. The receptionist and Maria, the manager were amazing as well!

I waited a bit to post a review, post treatment. This clinic is a predatory establishment. In the 3 years i had my braces and post care, they sure make you feel like you're just a number. It was always so difficult to get appointments. If you missed one you are out of luck, they'll reschedule you the following month; sometimes 2-3 months go by in between appointments. I know everyone's treatment is different but there's no consistency at this place. The original orthodontist that was handling my treatment changed after a year in. After my treatment was completed, the metal retainer fell apart a few months after. I went in to get a new retainer, and they wanted to charge me $500 for a new set and informed me that it would be a clear plastic one (mind you i asked for that option at the begin
