Both of my boys have been seen here for years and it’s always been amazing. I’ve never run into any problems HOWEVER I have since moved out of state and it’s been a TERRIBLE experience. Records requests is not working with me, I can’t come in person to retrieve the documents hence me moving out of state. The price is 60 cent per page for his records. I informed them the facility my son is at locally has their own process for getting the records since my son is a new patient they need his file before he can be seen and I’ve pushed his appointment back twice. He has now run out of medicine and I hadn’t gotten a phone call back after leaving countless voicemails. Today I had to lie to get someone on the phone to get the help I need. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Two months ago, I had an appointment with Melissa and Dr. Casey. They were both excellent, but the staff that handles scheduling is extremely unprofessional. They ordered an ultrasound and X-rays for my son and said they would contact me to schedule them. A week passed with no call. I followed up several times, and when I was finally transferred to Daysi who is apparently in charge of scheduling my son testing, she was incredibly rude. She told me to “be patient” because she had many other patients to deal with. After nearly a month, I called again, and they apologized, saying they would schedule that same day. Daysi later called but ignored my availability and scheduled the appointment however she wanted. When I explained it didn’t work for

Dr. Casey is amazing! So grateful for such an amazing doctor here In Las Vegas. My sons surgery went extremely well and healed perfectly.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor customer service I experienced. I had been waiting to hear back from Delia regarding an important matter, yet she never returned my call at any point. It’s very frustrating to reach out for assistance and receive no communication or follow-up whatsoever. That alone showed a lack of care and accountability. When I called again to try to get some clarity, I was transferred to Ida — who stated she was the front desk supervisor. Rather than being helpful or professional, Ida was extremely rude throughout the conversation. Her tone was dismissive, and she made no effort to listen or resolve my concern. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! The one star is only for the doctor my son Saw and that is all. Staff is EXTREMELY rude, talk to you like you are incompetent and literally laugh at you if you can’t afford to pay for additional services that weren’t disclosed prior to surgery, even the MANAGER was laughing like I didn’t already pay hundreds of dollars! They also forgot to schedule a post surgical follow up and when I called prior to the appointment, they asked if I still wanted to come in since no appointment was made! Beware of this place! Find another place to take your kids! Not worth the headache!!
