Children's Urgent Care

Checked in online, went to the urgent care and waited like 10 minutes and was seen by Nurse then the nurse practitioner. Was at the office maybe 45 mins. Prescription was sent on time. Highly recommended and will go back.

This place was very upsetting. I took my daughter here for the first time because our pediatrician was closed. The lady up front was VERY pleasant so when I went in I was impressed how great she was so thank you for that. The lady that came in the room first was very sweet as well. She was doing her job and was very nice. Our doctor ruined the whole experience. She was RUDE. First thing, the first thing she asked me is was my kid vaccinated. I told her not yet…. Free comment after that was about my kid being sick because I didn’t give her the vaccines. My kid was tested for all viruses. Mostly all vaccines given are for VIRUSES. I will vaccinate my child when I am ready. She then told me that if she tested negative for Covid and flu that she would have to admit her to the emergency room b

First of all five stars to the top three people at this place...Crystal, Disney, and Oma (respectively, of course. i don't remember her name but she is good people.) ALWAYS taking care of my son. What I think is gross is the big boss running this place. to make these misses work while they sick is not okay. crazy to give time off but give them jumping hoops so bad its easier to just stay. plus by big boss making them work...you spreading those germs to other kids and parents. Even though the misses are doing the best they can by puting on a mask, gloves, and all that. don't get it twisted, they were always professional and never said one bad thing about they job..but if these three suddenly disappear..me and my boy will follow because of their care.

I absolutely LOVE Children's Urgent Care! Between the doctors and the nurse practitioner we saw today we are very happy. This nurse used to work at Disney, and has done a plethora of other jobs related to child care and you can tell with their bedside demeanor. Rainbow rainbow rainbow! Boogie boogie boogie! It was overall a great experience for my daughter AND myself as the adult present

I recently brought son to this urgent care after he needed stitches and I couldn’t be more thankful for the care we received. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, calm, and reassuring—not only to me as a worried mom, but especially to my son. The provider who handled his stitches was incredibly patient and gentle, explaining everything in a way they could understand and making us feel safe throughout the entire process. The facility was clean, the wait time was short, and we felt genuinely cared for. My son is healing great, and we’re very grateful for the professionalism and compassion shown to our family. Highly recommend this urgent care for any family in need!
