Love Dr. Morh unfortunately he's a traveling doctor so she wasn't seen by him. DR. Morh is professional and keeps the appointment for what it's for more importantly he respects the parents beliefs..Had the most uncomfortable appointment with my 12 year old daughter with a Nurse Practitioner here, basically judging our right's on vaccinations and homeschooling. My daughter is on a Florida curriculum through the State of Florida not California. We've done nothing illegal which I told her she's through Port Charlotte fl. None the less this was for a physical. We did not sign any release forms for her to discuss our visits and our daughter is not abused or malnourished, there's no eminent risk. Horrible waiting times!!! I waited over an hour past my appointment time for a newborn checkup, until I finally decided to walk out without being seeing by a doctor. This is horrible and beyond frustrating!!! If I could give zero stars, I would!!!! Employees lack sense of respect towards patients time and privacy.

Friendly staff. Easy to get in-office appointments or video visits, other nearby offices for weekend visits, 24/7 triage nurse for questions and associated with Radys for specialty needs. All providers are great but Dr Linares is so warm and thorough. Lactation consultant Nicole Kastner in the Temecula office is also a gem. Both providers have made me feel very supported as a new mom and lucky to have such quality care in our little town.

Come here if you want to see several people that entered after you go first. Took over an hour to be seen for a checkup. No music or tv playing in the lobby so babys screams can be heard, which affects the mental state of the children waiting to be seen. Overall it feels like they just dont care here

I am not a fan of the Fallbrook office. The check in staff members do not follow posted office procedures and do not update records properly. They also do not seem to know who the patient is in front of them. I gave made corrections on several occasions about my children and the staff still can't seem manage who is who. The only staff member that I find competent is Cathy, I believe that's her name, who is the MA.
