The arc location is the worst. It’s start with checking in. Front desk makes you wait 10-15 mins to get a tablet to check you children in by that time you’ve reached your appointment time. They can’t communicate with you. They see you won’t say nothing. The doctors are no better. They can’t be on time with their appointments you’ll have 2 people in front of you don’t matter if your on time for your appointment. You’ll wait about an hour just to be seen for a doctors. It’s ridiculous how they waste time. And don’t care nothing about it

Just shut the whole clinic down. They will have you wait 1 hour or more to be seen. They don't send in the paperwork on time, and won't assist in anyway to make it easier. The phone hangs up every time they switch the call smh

I’ve been going to this location for 4 years with no issues until now. The front desk staff needs to be retrained on mannerism. Very rude and nasty! I am a health care provider with outstanding customer service! There’s absolutely no excuse! Other than that the rest of the staff are super friendly and helpful. We love our Child’s Doctor! Please do better Children’s with your hospitality!

This location needs to go under intense training . The doctors here are unfortunately the issue . It seems a though they hate working in this ward and drag they feet and it shows . I took my daughter to the NW location and she was seen within 10 minutes and the doctor also spent quality time with her . At this location my son’s appt was @ 9:24 and here we are still stilling in the waiting @ 10:5 AM. Once I went to the back to get the weight at least I see at least 7 doctors and such sitting beck in the cubicles …… there is no regard for us having to go to work or for the kids needing to go to s hook how did a 9 AM appt turn into my not even being seen a full hour later . It’s now 10:19 ; we finally made it to the back to get in a room …as we are walking back there is 2 doctors and 2 n

I am highly disturb as a mother of 3 and just gave birth to my newborn. My 2 oldest has had doctors appts and each time I was greated by a gentle men in the parking lot advising I can not park in the lot it’s reserved for the workers for construction. It’s not fair for the parents because it creates a lot of work on us and I’m speaking for self as I am recovering from birth. This will be the last time I come to this establishment. The dentist never answers the phone but they advertise to call and make an appt. I had to physics walk in to get an appt for my boys and what do I see all the workers in the back talking no wonder the parents can’t get a appt and when you leave a voicemail stating the reason for your call they don’t call back.
