My daughter and I brought my granddaughter in for an important MRI. My granddaughter has dreadful flares that are difficult to help her through procedures. Mel, Lisa and Maggie and her doctor, Rich were absolutely amazing! They were all so compassionate, caring, professional and truly loving. My granddaughter had a flare that must have lasted a good 30 to 40 minutes. Mel was so gentle and understanding. My daughter and I were a mess with stress but Mel and the rest of the staff remained calm and collected. Rich, her attending Dr calmed her fears by telling cute jokes. I’m just in awe of the wonderful people here! Thank you! All of you for being there for those of us that need you!

Had a bit of a wait but that is to be expected for any sort of doctor visit. Very clean, staff was polite and answered any questions I had. The lab was able to get my infant son’s blood drawn on the first stick, and in a quick manner, and he didn’t even cry! If needed, I will definitely be using this same location again!

Unprofessional I called to confirm that this location had received blood work orders for my boys - I was transferred 3 times - from the front desk - to laboratory - to an assistant - back to front desk - no one knew how to assist me. Renee the patient access rep had a major attitude with me over the phone. She never once asked for my Children’s information. I had to request to speak with a manager whom ended up being extremely helpful (Ms. Nakeya) - I ended up having to take my kids to this location to have blood drawn - once I showed up everyone (the 4 girls at the front desk) already knew I spoke with the manager before the appointment so they all were very Stand-offish. I watched them greet + welcome every guest + once guest were leaving they told each of them to have a great day. My k

The nurse was professional and had patience. She clearly knew what she was doing. Also, the personnel that greeted me was kind and courteous. I did not have to wait long. The whole procedure took less than 15 minutes.

The building is clean and accessible, however the address information needs to be updated from North Campus Way to 2900 Campus Way North. This causes a delay in finding the building with gps for appointments. Also, the city listing is Glenarden, not Lanham. This is important to find the building quickly.
