Children's Mercy Operation Breakthrough Clinic

Took my seven day old for her first appointment at Operation Breakthrough Children's Mercy Clinic. We absolutely loved Dr. Haluck. She was very informative, kind and helpful. I highly recommend 😊

I scheduled the appointment and waited months in about a month before the appointment. They call and ask what the appointments for. I told them and they said they would call me back. A week goes by with no call so I called again they say yes my appointment is still on the books so I think OK they didn’t need to talk to me we’ll go to the appointment. Morning of the appointment I call to double check address and time and they say we have no appointment and they can see that it’s been canceled but they don’t know why they will have somebody call me back that was a week ago almost and I still have not received a callback. Definitely a waste of time when your child is in need of care.

Found this place after having a poor experience with a previous provider and I will never take my kids anywhere else now. Highly recommend these wonderful people.
