I have been going to this office for 13 years. I have been very pleased with them and that's saying something. I have 4 kids all range from 5 to 13 they have accommodated my need for multiple appointments wellness visits and sick visits. They treat you like family here. Ill never go to another office. Thank you wonderful ladies for always taking great care of my babies! Customer Service they were rude, impatient, Didn’t want to listen to any of my concerns starting with 1st employee I spoke with huffed and puffed was not interested in getting the information I requested until after I told her how she was being. Next employee did great Then I spoke to the Boss she was so quick to Judge. All over just interaction about some questions I had. But they didn’t want to help. And it showed 100% now I have /need to take my kids away from there because something is definitely not right. How is it I’m asking questions and none of the questions were invalid to the practice but they showed their butts today also over a form that I wasn’t even given on the appointment. Shoot when I set it up I mentioned I needed a blue form. 3rd employee said this is the second person

My children were patients here for 10 years. They refused to see my daughter the day after she went into tachycardia because we didn’t have her new insurance card or the money to pay cash for the visit. I will never recommend this practice to anyone!
