Children's Medical Group Of orange County

The practices of this Children Medical Group raise ethical concerns. Typically, medical offices do not charge for immunization records. After I submitted a form to release my child's immunization records for school, I was informed that I would need to pay $10 for this service. It's important to note that it is generally illegal to charge for medical records in this manner. While they may charge a maximum of $0.25 per physical page, zero for electronic information, and they cannot charge for the time spent locating the records.

Do not go here by any means. I work very hard to pay for my insurance and as well all know healthcare is not cheap by any means. Therefore, as a PEDIATRIC clinic they have a moral obligation to provide efficient and Compassionate care and we as patients have every right to call out unethical behavior. My daughter was in pain to walk. Was seen an urgent care and was advised to follow up with primary doctor. Primary doctor was very rude, condescending, and uprofessional with a terrible bed side manner (huge red flag in healthcare- as a FORMER healthcare worker myself). He proceeded to gaslight me and told me I was a negative person because I was concerned with my childs ability to walk. My experience with dr Bindra was so bad. He was so unfriendly with my 4 year old son. And he was rude and kind of sarcastic with me. It was an awful visit . NEVER AGAIN WITH HIM

I love this pediatric because every time I call that my bby is sick they give me an appt right away with in the same day. On his other doctor office they wouldn't do that they would even prescribe medication with out seeing him. Good thing I changed him im happy with doctor Bindra he is awesome specially that he has experience on kids with Asma like my bby 😊👌

Nice office. Dr Turner is awesome. Very friendly, very thorough, very professional, & very good with our 9 year old son.
