Childrens Medical Center of Fresno

This office has been extremely disappointing in managing my child’s care. Lab results were not reported to parents in a timely manner, and critical follow-up calls were missed. It feels like profit is prioritized over patient health and safety. I would not recommend this office to any parent seeking attentive, compassionate medical care.

Honestly where do I even start. Every time I come in with or without appointment it’s at least an hour outside and another hour when they give you your room. I ended taking my baby 6month old to the hospital due to bronchitis something that this doctor passed off as “colic”. Another time he had ear infection in both ears and they passed it off as colic again. I should sue at this point. I wait all that time just be told something dumb every time and these doctors are always in a hurry why?! These are KIDS LET ALONE BABIES and they don’t even care.

It's all bad at this location, off of fresno st.i had a 10:30am appointment and was here 10 minutes early, I waited till after 12 pm to get called to a room,got called back and waited another hour,lobby was empty as well.staff our lazy,they over give children with shots,if you dont ask questions they will not fill you in with no information. Two thumbs down.

Don't take your kids here, they overgive babys and kids shots
