Children's Medical Center

Our children’s provider Megan is great. The overall facility itself not so much. They move at snail pace and with no urgency. No matter if it’s one car in the parking lot or many, be prepared for the minimum of an hour wait to be seen. That’s on a good day. The rooms need to be revamped and deep cleaned.

I scheduled the appointment for one reason when I get there they are trying to give my teens shots and physicals. This was NOT what the appointment was for. When going over personal information with my oldest son we stepped out so he could have privacy with the doctor. When we came back in the doctor told us everything my son spoke about in confidence. And on top of that the doctor dismissed everything my son said as well as him. It was very unprofessional and doesn’t give a teen any confidence to be honest with his doctor. This was our first and last time visiting.

We have been bringing our children here for ever especially with Amanda who has always been so pleasant,polite , and great with the children. The doctors are all very outstanding and have great attitudes . always clean and the playground keeps them busy while waiting. The receptionist is always awesome . Thanks for being great and always having an answer or solution to a problem...

Very unprofessional office and staff. Hour and 30 wait to see the doctor with loads of excuses. Getting prescriptions filled with them is ALWAYS a issie of some kind on behalf of the office. Mind you we have used them for the last year and on more than one occadion my son went with out his meds for days. They patient is of no importace to them and they get to you when THEY feel like it. Forget appointment times here because your time is NOT IMPOTANT HERE! I will only continue here as a LAST RESORT!

We've been coming here since 2008, after being sorely disappointed with another Lake City pediatrician's office. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Wait times are about what you'd expect from a doctor's office.
