I came across the reviews as I googled the number to make an appointment and after reading several, felt compelled to write my own. Our 3 kids have been patients of the practice for almost 14 years and we LOVE this group. Every provider has been attentive and thorough. They are personable and caring. The staff has always been warm, welcoming and friendly. In 14 years I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Children’s Medical Center and am glad to have such a wonderful practice for my kids!

I had been taking my children here since birth and they always seen Dr. small and Dr. dandoy Who we absolutely love. Unfortunately, their front desk, staff and other staff has changed, and they are very unperson and unprofessional. I had called the doctor on call because my son had a fever induced seizure and the doctor on-call told me to bring him in to be seen so they could check on him and refer him to neurology. However, when I walked in the front desk, woman would not let me be seen even though it was walking hours because we hadn’t been there in a couple years due to insurance changes. my son was running a fever, and I had taken him out of the house to take him there specifically as I was asked for them not to see him when I tried to explain to her what happened she kept talking over

Have had overall a pretty positive experience so far. Both my children go here and the walk in hours have been especially helpful when the kids get a sickness. I actually think the front desk people are extremely nice and helpful but don’t put up with any bs. So if you had a problem with them it’s probably because you’re a problem. The only bad thing I have to say is there have been serval times we were left waiting for the doctor for a rather long time but that’s only with certain doctors and I’ve learned which ones don’t keep good time now and try to avoid them.

We absolutely love the care my children receive from CMC. My Children see Alex and Tori. They are one of a kind! Attentive, patient, so friendly and truly takes their time to listen and answer any questions. The walk-in services are such a lifesaver for working parents — it makes getting quality medical care so much easier and less stressful. We’re so grateful for the excellent care and convenience this office provides! Thank you CMS!

All the doctors have been so kind and sweet. But my experience with this clinic is that they are rude at the desk. They sound like they have had a bad day every time you go in there and they take it out on everybody and sometimes even when you call their staff is severely rude. My child, and my grandchild got dismissed from this clinic because they went there to be seen for an allergy appointment when they had all this time a paper of her allergies and all of a sudden lost it so I let that go and we redone the allergies so there’s another paper that need to filled out needless to say it took a long time for it to be done.
