Children's Medical Center

Recently I moved from Jacksonville. Was looking for a pediatrician in Baker County. I have three children. All were assigned to this office. So far I had only brought one child in, as she was due for a physical. That appointment went alright aside from the long wait. However, the child Jessica saw is a 13 year old with intellectual disability, ADD, autism/non verbal child. This child has completely stopped sleeping at night. I called the office about it and they informed me at the front desk that Jessica can not prescribe any medication to help my child sleep. Instead Jessica wanted to refer my child to Nemours which could take a few months to be seen. Meanwhile my child just doesn’t sleep. As if this wasn’t bad enough one of my other children is sick and in need of an appointment. I calle

Since day one, Jessica has always made time for my daughter, even when her schedule was full. She has always been 100% supportive and amazingly professional. Her personality is superb. The moment you first walk in you already feel like you've known her a long time. Same goes for her staff. Unfortunately we've moved an hour away but will always remember this place as my daughters first and best doctor. And will always reccomend her. Amberleigh Firman loves all of you!!

Both Jessica and Rachael are the best. My son has autism and sensory issues and they are amazing with him. I highly recommend this pediatric office!

The staff and providers are so kind and caring to my child. They know us by name and have always made time to sit down and address any questions or concerns I have with my son.
