I am so glad I removed my grandson from this office. Rude is beyond and understatement. Dr is very unprofessional when she talks to you... I rather drive to someone whom have patience and good bed side manners... if you ever need another Dr for your kids there is one who comes from Augusta Ga to Candler hospital like once or twice a month. Me personally Dr was not a good fit for us! We have my grandson under a great Dr whom cares!

We have been coming to her Since my son was born. And she truly has been an amazing doctor!

The staff is super rude. I called to cancel Saturday since i had a work conflict for Monday for my y appointment . They still want to charge me the $35 the nurse i spoke to was super rude. I canceled all my appointments. I would not recommend this place at all. If i could give them 0 to - starts i would. They aren’t accommodating at all. I would understand of this was my second or third cancellation, but it was not it was my first. Super unprofessional. The girl was shouting on the phone and everything!!! If you work the medical field be compassionate you never know what people are going through. Very disappointing!!!

Today we had an appointment and I kindly as would we be out in a timely manner because my child had an appointment in statesboro at 1230, then we get to back the black lady yelled at my autistic child and while doing his breathing test yelled at him for not speaking and when my boyfriend told her he is autistic she said he still needs to speak. I will not be turning. I don’t know where her old staff is but they were all very unprofessional.

This is the most unprofessional doctors office I have ever dealt with. Constantly rescheduled appointments we live over an hour away, drove all the way there for the appointment today just to find out that they said our referral has expired and tried to make us pay and refused to see us without paying. When all we would’ve had to do was call our insurance and extend the referral, but was given no time to do so. Wasted gas and time and now my son is gonna have to wait to be seen at a new place.
