I don't usually leave reviews, especially negative ones, but it's been about 3 hours since I made a call and I can't figure out what i said that was wrong or what happened. I just tried to schedule an appointment for pediatric neurology, and the lady on the phone was so rude. She was asking me for a referal code on my doctor's referral form. I simply asked her which of the two codes I had that she needed, to which she answered that she didn't know which code that I'd have to call a medical office to find out. When I tried to explain again that I was just asking which of the two codes stating what it said above the codes ot if it would be better to give her the two codes so she can find which one was the correct one? she went on to tell me that she doesn't know which code that I have to re
