I gave the Doctor 5 stars. But as for the staff. They are completely rude and just plan lazy. I thank God i was calm the way she spoke to my daughter about a mask! If the office wants us to wear a mask..then they should provide them. Not many people sell them anymore! !The officec is dirty and dusty! The ekg equipment is filthy! I will be letting the Doctor know they are giving his office a bad rep

Love the care this dr offers and his staff is always on point now some of the patients they are some kind of work. They think they’re entitled to everything. Complaining about how they should be given everything from a mask to being 20 minutes late and still demanding to be seen. I have never been to a doctors office where the patients are this rude

Love this place! Always clean, smells nice! The staff is great! They always remember my baby when they see him and they show true concern! Dr. Sahewalla is amazing! She had just been a blessing! She always takes her time with us and really listens to our concerns. We’ve have a great experience here and hopefully you do too!

Dr. Badugu is a great Dr., unfortunately, the office staff has no ethics, compassion, or professionalism. They are fully aware my son is an out-of-town patient. We drove in from a 4-hour drive just to be asked: "if we had a mask." We did not have masks. So the receptionist said, "you need to go find a mask at a store." It was 5 minutes before my son's scheduled appt. I was upset and told her to cancel the appt. I was not about to drive around after a 4-hour drive, and after they advised if I am 15 min late to appt. it will be canceled. She just said "ok". Basically turned a 13-year-old pacemaker recipient away from routine care over a mask. If she had offered a mask we would have put them on just for the appt. This receptionist lady had no compassion or care in the world if we came from o

The wait time is horrible. I waited for 30 minutes after appointment time for them to even check my child’s vitals! And it’s already almost an hour after checking the vitals that the doctor hasn’t shown up!
