If I could leave no stars I would. I am beyond concerned and floored by our experience here. Our 14 month old son fell off the bed. It was evident he was in pain and that something wasn’t right, so we immediately brought him in. After our arrival, I explained to them that I didn’t see exactly what he hit when he fell, but that something is hurting him. The nurse explained to us that he would document the incident as a fall rather than a head injury so that the doctor would check his whole body for injury. After waiting an hour and 45 minutes to see a doctor, she came in, asked about the accident, and explained that there is an app they use to calculate the need for a CT and risk for brain injury. She typed various details about the injury into said app and stated that he was at low risk fo
The provider and MA were amazing, but I have to highlight the security guard who truly went above and beyond. We were there for something non-illness related, and because my child doesn’t go to daycare, I was really anxious about sitting in a waiting room around sick children. Without hesitation, this security guard stepped in. He found a private place for us to wait, checked on us frequently, reassured us, and kept us updated—especially when the wait got longer due to two emergencies that came in. He made sure our little boy was safe, comfortable, and happy the entire time. This was our first urgent care visit with our son, and I can’t express how much his kindness meant to us. I wish I had gotten his name because he deserves all the recognition in the world. He truly makes a difference
I visited the urgent care clinic over the weekend with my child, who had been suffering from a high fever for three consecutive days. We wanted to have our child evaluated and tested for influenza and other possible illnesses. Given that it was a weekend and an urgent care facility, we understood and accepted the long waiting time. However, after finally being seen, no tests were conducted at all. We were simply told that it was a common cold. Although I did not fully understand this conclusion, we were advised to administer fever-reducing medication only. We paid for the visit and left as instructed. Unfortunately, my child’s fever did not subside the following day, which led us to visit our pediatrician. At that visit, a strep test, COVID test, and flu test were performed, and my child
Horrible place . It used to be our save the day with other kids when pediatricians not available. However as of beginning of 2026, this place is a punishment for you and kids. Went with little one at 2:30pm, 4:32 and they still didn’t get us in. The receptionist took details quickly, but then with only 2 other families in the waiting room we are waiting 2 hours? If it is called urgent care, should it be pretend to be urgent? Do yourself and your children a favor, find a better place that care about patients. By the way they have a rule “patients cannot get outside once they are admitted ”. Are they afraid that I am walking away? Well I might when my 1 year is keep crying and we just wait for doctor
We’ve had nothing but positive experiences with our son here. Anytime our son is in respiratory distress from croup, they have treated us with urgency and brought us back quickly. If you have a non emergent condition, sure, you are going to wait a while…. But that’s the case in any ER/urgent care. We’ve been seen by Dr. Stewart, Dr. Ordoubadi, and Dr. Crockett-Woods (who have all been amazing). All supportive staff have been great as well.
