Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Support Center - NOT A MEDICAL FACILITY

This is my favorite location for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. It’s right off the highway and easy to get to. Check-in online and confirmation of arrival is super easy as well. As soon as you walk in, there are nice, almost artsy square seats near the cafeteria. Once up the elevators and checked in, you are assigned to a color area. I love this because it’s so much easier to find where to go and it’s very easy on the eyes…it looks like a fun space. Outside the window is a really nice courtyard. This location was beautifully designed.

Beautiful facility, great amenities, very nice staff, and I highly appreciate the temperature checks at the door and COVOD screening/universal mask requirement. Their food choices vary by day, and the prices aren't exorbitant. Nice experience here with comfy seating and proper social distancing options with lots of sanitizer discreetly placed.

Lovely atmosphere and great facility

Reasonable price yet they are going up. The same as their competitors so why go there w no bags than a store w bags and same price. In and out sometimes u can find deals there. Nice staff

Definitely dissatisfied with service provided from reception. I had an appointment made for a retake of a tb test and upon entry there were two other young ladies that had pre onboarding info to get done as well but didn’t have an employee badge nor an appointment but didn’t experience the treatment I did. After sharing I had an appointment but no badge, I was instructed to get a visitor badge. However I was confused when I was asked for my full name to check if I had an appointment.The young ladies only provided the specific area they needed to go and weren’t asked as many details as I was. I understand the need of ensuring appointments and verification for safety but if that’s going to be a policy enforced it needs to be the same for all.
