Unqualified Thieves! We are paying bills moths later for services that were incorrectly administered and overcharged. Took a child in for broken wrist and was seen by unqualified tech who put on the wrong cast and they coded it wrong so insurance won't cover. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Office was empty so we didn't wait long to be seen! Experience with David at the front desk was terrible. He lacked empathy and could definitely use a course on Customer Service... First and last time at this location!
The bill that was paid was astromical they didn't think to tell insurence about the 634 $. It was a long wait. and very bad custemer service
