Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Heart Center - Arthur M. Blank Hospital

Such a big campus that I got a little lost. The person I made an appointment with didn’t give me clear instructions. Once I got to the correct building, the front desk directed me to “lab services”. However, the title of this office is “outpatient phlebotomy”. Unless you know what that means it can confuse you and miss the office when you are looking for “labs services”. Either change the sign, or have front desk give you the correct name. Others than that, everyone has been very nice.

Omg! Let me start of by saying it’s difficult when your little gets sick; however Choa has amazing people. An excellent service award 🥇 to the most amazing fellowship Dr. Margot Hillyer MD, Dr. Matthew Goldstein DO, MA, Dr. Hope Vancleve DO, Dr. Kathleen Cao MD and Tahira West MD. As a parent you are respected, heard, valued, understood and most importantly your child is in the best hands and care. They are also educators and passionate people nevertheless great at their jobs. I am thankful, greatful and blessed to have had such a wonderful experience during such a difficult and challenging time. However they all made it a privilege by being so amazing and so supportive, professional and caring.

ER: Sat in the waiting room , well I’m not sure yet how long because I’m still here. I’ve been here for 3 hours and no end in sight for the wait. The staff doesn’t seem concerned about my child’s heath at all. Just another number. The staff doesn’t want to be here and can hear them say so. Never will I come back to CHOA Egleston ER!!!!

THE CHILDREN’S HEALTH CARE OF ATLANTA ORTHOPEDICS AND SPORTS MEDICAL AT CENTER FOR ADVANCED PEDIATRICS.WAS AWESOME PLACE AND BEAUTIFUL PLACE TOO VISIT WITH MY CHILD TOO SEE THE CHILDREN’S PHYSICIAN GROUP THE STAFF WAS SO KIND THEY MADE ME AND MY CHILD FEEL LIKE WE WAS A PART OF CHILDREN’S HEALTHCARE. FAMILY DEFINITELY RECOMMEND CHILDREN’S HEALTHCARE OF ATLANTA THE PLACE TOO GO FOR EXCELLENT HEALTHCARE.
