Children's Healthcare Associates

I could not recommend Children's Healthcare Associates more! As a first time parent, we have many questions that arise. Everyone at CHA, from the doctors, to the nurses, to the front desk staff are knowledgeable, attentive, reassuring and kind. Every time we have had a concern about our daughter's health, CHA is incredibly responsive and provides the requisite course of action as necessary. Each appointment we have had has been thorough but efficient. We love CHA!

Children's Healthcare Associates has been my children's primary care doctors since they were newborns. The doctors, NPs, nurses, aides, and admin staff are all simply wonderful. It is easy to schedule visits, even same day in case of urgent appts. The nurses phone calls are very helpful and thoughtful, and they respond in the portal in a timely manner as well (if you choose that route). For school paperwork, they are on it with the forms needed to keep your kid up to date. Most importantly, they are smart, attentive, kind, and dedicated to taking great care of your kids. While we often will see the same doc for routine visits, we've seen other doctors for same-day visits, and everyone has been wonderful. I cannot recommend them enough. Both of my children go the Chicago location for Children's Healthcare Associates. While we have one primary doctor, we have seen quite a few of their doctors when we need a last minute appointment for a sick kid. We have liked all the doctors we have seen. The nurses who help "triage" the illness are always very helpful and get back to me fairly quickly. I have always been able to get a day-of appointment if needed. The front staff are efficient in getting you checked-in and scheduled for any follow-ups. The office is clean. Easy parking. Good hours for working parents. We are happy with the care provided.

Have always had the best experiences at Children’s! We see Dr. Lyons who is fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and makes us feel confident our child is getting excellent care. All the years of experience you want a pediatrician to have but also clearly stays up on the latest medical info and research. If you call the office with an issue, a nurse will call you back within an hour or so to discuss and advise if you need to come in or try something at home. They have always had same day sick visits appointments available when we need it. We’ve seen some other doctors for these visits if Dr Lyons didn’t have an opening and the other docs have also been great. Highly recommend this practice!

We have had a great experience with Children’s Healthcare Associates. Dr Necheles had been the primary pediatrician for all three of my kids and I really can’t speak highly enough of him. He is incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. The office is very good about having a nurse speak to you on the phone if you’re unsure whether the child’s illness warrants bringing him in for a visit. And when we do have to come in, I’ve always been able to get in the same day. From the receptionists to the nurses to the pediatricians, Children’s Healthcare is staffed by great people and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
