We’ve been with Children’s Healthcare for nearly 14 years and have always had a wonderful experience. The convenient hours and availability of same-day sick visits are a huge plus for our family. All of the providers we’ve seen have been caring, knowledgeable, and attentive. They also do a great job accommodating requests to see a specific provider when needed, which we really appreciate. Their nurse line has also been a tremendous resource for us over the years—whether during business hours or after hours. It’s reassuring to know we can always reach someone for guidance when we have questions or concerns. We’re very grateful for the care and support they’ve provided to our family throughout the years. Highly recommend!

We have been going to Children’s HealthCare since our first child was born! I cannot say enough positive things about the care we receive here! From the front desk staff to the staff taking you to the room to the providers! Everyone is exceptional! We have never had a bad encounter. Everyone is extremely kid friendly and is always smiling making the environment very welcoming! Our kids love going for their appointments to see our favorite PA, Brandi! And the fact that they are open 365 days a year is the cherry on top! We know that a provider can always see us if needed! I recommend this pediatricians office to every person I know!!

We absolutely love Children’s Healthcare! We have been patients there since my oldest was born almost 11 years ago. The doctors are great! The PA’s are AMAZING! The nurses are always kind and attentive! The office staff is always welcoming and helpful! We recommend CHC to everyone we know!!

I have been using Children’s Healthcare and I cannot say enough wonderful things about everyone that we encounter. Brandi Burns is absolutely amazing and our go to girl, but we’ve seen many other PAs such as Mr.Flowers, Mr. Pepe, and Mrs. Dane and they all treat us like family. The providers are hands down who I trust to take the very best care of my children with compassion and love-thank you for what you all do!

We have been patients at CHC for over 7 years and truly couldn’t be happier with the care that my 4 children have received. The providers know my family well and the atmosphere there is hard to come by in medicine today when everything is owned by a large health network. All of the providers take my concerns seriously and - my favorite part - they have always seen us same-day for sick visits. I don’t know any other practice in the Lehigh Valley that can say the same. We’re so fortunate to have established with them when we started growing our family and I look forward to seeing them for another 17+ years!
