I called this doctor over 3 weeks ago to make an appointment for my kids as new patients. The earliest appointment was 2/6/26. I had already went into the office to pre-fill out paperwork and give the kids insurance information. My one year old specifically has a rash and I have been patiently waiting for the appointment. The office called me less than an hour ago to say that as of 2/1/26 they are no longer accepting new patients and have to cancel my appointment (with literally 2 days before the scheduled appointment) Now I have to find another doctor and start the whole process over and hope like hell there is not a long wait period again.

My family drove to this place for our newborn son’s appointment, and we had a concern about his eyes we wanted to ask about. We were within our 15 min grace window of our scheduled appointment, but the receptionist had a small line that took time to finish. We didn’t mind the wait, but they used that extra time to tell us we were now 1 minute too late to be seen, although we were definitely in the line on time according to their policy. We never wanted to go to this place because of other reviews but the hospital signed us up for our first appointments here by mistake due to similar names. I really wish we would have taken the loss then to get it corrected but we tried to give them a chance. It’s very cold in the building just a heads up, but it’s winter time as of now. Staff is nice. If you have teenagers 16 years or older make sure you have them to request that you be with them in the room at every appointment !!! They falsely accused my child of having an STD !!! And then tried to intimidate me like they were trying to over power my authority over my own child. I know my child and all of her whereabouts. They threaten to report us to DSS, which hey they did. But I said she will not be taking medication for an STD until we get a second test result done. That way they wouldn’t be able to erase any evidence of their wrong doing. They took a second sample, but I still took her to the next county over the very next day after school for her to be tested at the hospital. And like we knew, HER TEST WAS NEGATIVE !!! They said that they will not give her her second test result

This place is a JOKE I made my daughter a appointment here because we moved from our home state to NC and then we had her first appointment I told them I’m in the middle of switching everything down here she had no insurance they said okay no problem she has 60 days and then if I don’t have her insurance they will bill me okay cool sounds good. They called me an hour after her appointment and said that they thought she was a “newborn” when clearly in the notes or whatever her birthdate says 6/4/25 so they said they are billing me I said okay cool I’ll just have her insurance cover it when it comes in the mail. Please DO NOT waste your time making this place your childs primary care they only have 1 MAAAYBE 3 care physicians at a time you can never get a decent appt. Its ALWAYS 2 MONTHS away, anytime you call with any type of needs for a quick appt they ALWAYS tell you to go to urgent care, ive spent more time at urgent care because they are never available for appts, a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!! Find a better place that can ACTUALLY see your child in a decent time frame its ALWAYS months away...and IF u do get an appt even if its 8am u wont be seen until at least 2hrs later....they EVEN suggested that i go to REAFORD and get my daughter seen at an urgent care there...just RIDICULOUS....if i could leave ZERO stars i would
