Children's Eye Care Specialist: Goldman Herbert MD, Pediatric Ophthalmologist

Dr. Goldman has been great to my son since the age of 3! He is always so wonderful and patient with him. Mason never fears going to his eye apts. Very kid friendly.

Very quirky doctor who does not relate to people well. He is a pediatric eye doctor, however he does not know how to deal with young children. He has toy/gadgets to get the kids to look during eye exams and the second the child tries to touch the toy - he won’t let them. Dangling a toy in front of a young child and not allowing them to play with it is just mean. We had questions about the medical care of our child and instead of describing the process to us, he got frustrated. If you ever have the chance to speak with him on the phone be prepared to be on the phone for an hour and you will never have a chance to say anything and your questions will not be answered. He goes on and on and won’t let you say a word. We choose to switch doctors. He is not people friendly.

Dr. Goldman is an extremely thorough Doctor. He is highly educated from exceptional schools. He has great bedside manner and we love him.
