Children's Dentistry of East Greenwich

From the moment I booked the appointment to the minute we walked out the door, this practice was absolutely amazing. They went out of their way to find a time that worked for my son, and from the start we were greeted with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. The entire dental staff, and Dr. Lewis, were truly incredible. They answered every question, never rushed us, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made both my son and me feel comfortable and confident. Most importantly, they made my child feel safe and at ease, which means everything as a parent. I wouldn’t take my son anywhere else. Ever. Honestly, I only wish they had an adult practice too, I’d switch in a heartbeat!

The staff here are incredibly patient and went above and beyond to make sure my 4-year-old's endless questions were answered with care and enthusiasm. They explained every step of the process in a way that made my daughter feel comfortable. She also loved being in the no cavity club and watching Moana 2 during her appointment!

If i could give less than one star, I would. How unprofessional and shameful, you are a pediatric dentist. I show up to the wrong dentist, my fault. No big deal, you're 5 minutes away! I get there about 8:55 and not worried other dentist said they'd call to inform I may be late.... my GPS is taken me to wrong address and when I finally find the right address, it's an empty building. No sign saying where the dentist is actually located. So I find the entrance. Get there and call saying here having trouble finding actual office, no answer. Maybe show up 9:10, no issue! Get paper work to fill out, my 4 year old has to use the bathroom! Again they seem like it's no big deal. I get back all of a sudden "I'm 20 minutes late!" I came here due to needing laughing gas for my daughter’s cavity filling. Staff seemed nice enough, however in the end I left super frustrated because nothing got accomplished. They were pretty quick to give up on my daughter’s filling and ultimately ended up doing nothing by the end and told me I’d have to come back to try again. Wasted my time and money not having the patience to deal with children being scared and needing more time , sedation is incredibly expensive and not something covered by insurance. Ridiculous to me at a pediatric dentist they can’t come up with a better plan for scared kids. I won’t be going back.

The minute you don't do exactly what they want you to do, they "let you go" as a patient. Sorry ladies but you got the wrong one. Oh and it's like impossible for them to answer a phone call.
