Children's Dentistry of Charlottesville

My ex took our kids to the Dentist 6 months ago and on first visit they were pushing the birth certificate. My ex informed them that one we didnt have and they no so nicely told here that my kids can't come back without it. She told them that unless we find or get one we wouldn't be able to come back. She got irritated with the professionalism of the staff and started standing up for herself. Well this apparently didnt go well with the staff because they noted our kids account that she was rude and said she stated she wasn't coming back, which wasn't the truth. So what do they do, the BANNED my kids with no notice to us or anything so now I went to try and get my 5 year old looked at with a tooth issue and told tough luck. I spoke to office manager who banned the account and she stuck with

Dr. Bachner is amazing with kids—gentle, skilled, and somehow charming… even if he does resemble a Spy Kids thumb. My kids actually asked when they could come back. 10/10 would trust him with more tiny humans

Everyone in this office have been so nice and helpful. Cameron was very good with my 3yo and 9yo! She kept my 3yo entertained while she had my 9yo in the chair. Usually I have to sit in the chair with my 3yo, but she made him feel so comfortable that he climbed right in the chair all by himself. My daughter loved her and requested her every time she comes to the dentist. Dr. Dinh was also very nice and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend this office! Cameron you ROCK!!

Everyone was very personable, kind, patient, and I felt like my little girl was in the best of hands. They listened and took notes on what triggers my kid and were prepared/calm. She needed dental surgery and they came out with an update and an estimated wait time. Her visit at the regular office was just as pleasant as the outpatient surgery center. Couldn’t have found a better place for my little girl with special needs.

I have been coming here since 2009. Today I was a minute late past the office policy time allowance. Keep in mind I traveled over an hour to come today. They would not see my daughter for the minute late. They did me a favor because I will take her to a dentist closer to me. The dentist is better and more qualified!
