Children's Dental Health of Wyomissing

I’ve been taking my son to Children’s Dental Health – Wyomissing since he was little, and he just turned 18, so this was his final visit. It was definitely bittersweet! We’ve always had an amazing experience here every visit has been smooth, welcoming, and professional. The staff truly cares, and they always made my son feel comfortable and confident. Now his little sister gets to enjoy the same awesome dental care, and I’m so grateful for that. 10/10 recommend to any parent looking for a friendly, reliable, and truly wonderful pediatric dental office!

It always takes so long to complete an appointment. Always in there over an hour and a half. If there are any cavities at all, their soonest appointment is always a couple months ahead and can only schedule one appointment at a time. I have also come to an appointment and they said it was cancelled but the night before I would get a reminder of the appointment. They will cancel your appointments because they overbooked. I thought it would get better but it keeps making me feel like our time/childrens emotions are not that important. I do appreciate all they do though.

My visit started off pretty rocky. I had taken my granddaughter to the Wyomissing office for a cleaning and check up. I was badgered about having custody papers after I had notified the office previously that my daughter had passed away. This was very traumatizing and triggering as since my daughter passed away every appointment I have to take my granddaughter to without is heart breaking. I understand that there needs to be rules however, if I was going to harm a child I wouldn’t be taking her to get her teeth cleaned. I’m of a certain age and I could find other things to do other than take a child to the dentist that I didn’t have the right to take. I explained that it is very frustrating to have to explain this and especially in front of the child. We try to keep her little mind off of

FIND ANOTHER PLACE!!!! UPDATE: They want to get us back in for an appointment but cannot guarantee how long after the appointment time I'll have to wait. I attached the BBB score of theirs on here. These places are scams!!!!!! I got a text message on 9/3 from this place saying my child needs to be seen. My kid had an appt 9/9, guess who got a text message canceling my kids appt for the 4th time. My kid hasn't been seen since March and these ppl keep canceling appts. Better business bureau, here I come!!!!! Over books. Makes you wait. Cancels appointments constantly Appointment was at 3. Still sitting here at 3:20pm. Was told it's gonna be another 15/20 minutes. UPDATE: waited until 3:40 then had to leave. Waiting 40 minutes is atrocious

After reading the copy/paste responses to your other poor reviews, I am sure you either do not care or aren't willing to fix what's broken in your business. My child's appointment was canceled 3 times. It was canceled 3 times which put us past the point the x-rays were good for, which means my child needed new x-rays, which I am sure we will be charged for. When coming into the appointment, he was scheduled for a cleaning. We do not do cleanings at this facility, we do cleanings at our regular dentist. He needed cavities filled, which we've been trying to handle for over 6 months. I will give you one positive thing, your dentist and hygienist or dental assistant tried to do right by him and they ended up doing the procedure, which probably put everyone else behind because it wasn't book
