Children's Dental Health of Trexlertown

In regards to my daughter's dental health I am very pleased! The doctor is amazing! However, I was very upset with the front desk staff. As I was waiting for my daughter, a staff member took a phone call from a parent. Upon hanging up said staff member started making fun of the child's name, with 2 other staff members. She spelled out the name, and mocked it, quite loudly. They went on for a good 5 minutes. My 2 biggest issues were the lack of confidentiality, and lack of professionalism. As long as this doesn't affect my daughters care, I will return. I just hope the front desk staff can learn some professionalism.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Children’s Dental Health in Trexlertown is absolutely amazing with kids. The entire staff is very professional, patient, and truly knows how to make children feel comfortable. They take the time not only to care for the kids but also to educate parents, which I really appreciate. While the wait can be a little long at times, it’s understandable with how thorough and caring they are. A little patience goes a long way. Overall, I definitely give them a 10/10 and highly recommend them to any parent looking for a great pediatric dental office.

The staff is amazing very knowledgeable and kind. My only complaint is the wait time. My appointment was at 12pm, and I wasn’t seen until after 1pm. Other than that, I would 100% recommend!

:) Can't say enough good things about this particular office. I've been to many Children's Dental Health offices and this one is by far superior! We are always seen in a very reasonable amount of time of our scheduled appointment, and we have not been canceled without notice. There is clear text and email confirmations and communication. The hygienists and dentists are very skilled. I switched everyone over to this office. I'd rather drive further and have everyone treated well! Thank you!

We were seen within 15 minutes of our appointment time. The hygienist and dentist were very skilled with my 4 and 2 year olds. This was our second time utilizing this office and they’ve fostered such a great experience for my kids, it makes taking them there super easy.
