Children's Dental Health of Downingtown

This is my second time at this location and the staff are super sweet. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helped me sign up my youngest daughter to have her appointment with my oldest daughter which saved me a second trip. The staff were completely friendly and had great customer service. We felt very welcomed and had a very fast visit didn’t have to wait for a long time. The waiting room was comfortable and played a movie that my girls could watch while waiting. Our dentist was very quick and friendly my girls loved him. The dental assistants were very sweet and patient and gentle. We are new to the area and must say we found a great dentist office. We highly recommend!

I cannot thank the staff and doctors enough for their exceptional kindness, patience, and compassion when caring for my children especially my autistic son. I visited today for an emergency appointment, and as a parent who often feels overwhelmed or anxious in public settings due to my son’s outbursts, I truly appreciate how consistently supportive this team is. Every visit, they go above and beyond to ensure not only that my son is comfortable, but that I am as well. There is never any judgment only understanding, reassurance, and a genuine willingness to accommodate my children’s needs. The staff is knowledgeable, informative, and consistently kind, which makes all the difference during stressful moments. It was the worst experience i ever had my daughter went home crying I felt discriminated by that doctor i've been taking my daughter since she was a child there. Never have. I ever been treated that way. that doctor I had yesterday. Was not nice, very rude. He didn't want to solve no problem with the situation that my daughter had a serious situation about her teeth coming off and he He made it seem like he didn't want to help us at all with the solution.

I tried a few different offices and Downingtown is our favorite. We drive almost an hour to go here despite a different office being 20 minutes away. The doctors, hygienists, and reception staff are all wonderful. Everyone is kind, communicative, caring and professional. We've never had long waits even when theyre short staffed. They're always so accommodating and have even got in same day for an emergency. My kids love it here.

An hour into the appointment, still hadn’t seen the doctor. After the cleaning was finished, we had no update for the next 30 minutes, so we decided to leave with no exam. The staff and techs were friendly otherwise. This was now our 4th appointment in this office, and the doctors never seem to care how long they leave patients sitting and waiting. It’s not ideal considering small children have short levels of patience. Leaving them sitting in a dental chair for over an hour, primarily all time waiting doesn’t work. We decided we will find a new office. I’m only writing a review because the office just texted me soliciting feedback about the appointment.
