We had our first visit at Children’s Dental Health of Aston today and it was amazing. the waiting room was comfortable and the front office staff was awesome. It felt like we were joining a big family. My daughter’s exam was very smooth and she had no issues. The dental staff was very informative and accommodating. I’m so glad we chose this office!
My stepson went to this office for the first time. He was scared and didn’t know what to expect and they were absolutely amazing with him. The visit went great. Only issue I had was his appointment possibly getting canceled because they don’t receive information they needed for the visit due to never getting follow up email with link to do so. When I explained that to the receptionist she was able to get it right over to me so I could get her what she needed and keep the appointment.
I was so nervous for my 22 mo old daughter’s first appt today and it turned out great. There was minimal waiting and Dr. Victoria and her staff were warm, thorough, and engaging with my daughter. We are so relieved and definitely happy to have found this office.
Our first visit with my 4yo. The hygienist and dentist were so sweet and so kind to my son. He was so comfortable, and it was nicr to have them be so clear and forthcoming with information for any questions we had. So glad we came here!!
Appointment was at 3:30 and didn’t leave until after 5:00 just for a cleaning. I do not like how they tried to separate my 5 year old from me as she was very nervous and scared as it’s her first time there. Again, this was our first time here so no explanation of how things are done there or welcoming, and they clearly didn’t take the time to read prior dental records that were sent to them. The dental hygienist was great. From there service was poor. No one told us the next step or why we were still waiting until I had to ask twice, once for X-ray and once for the actual dentist to see us. Then I felt I was talked into getting fillings with again little explanation. The office itself was not clean, kept sanitizing our hands.
