Children's Care Today - La Vista

This facility is amazing!!!! The nurses are all amazing and so are the receptionist. As of matter of fact all the faculty including doctors are great. I can’t remember the last nurse that assisted my kids I think her name was Katie she was heaven sent first nurse that my babies did well with, no tears!

Every time has been a great experience, they catch things that the ER/Ped have missed. Amazing people. Side note; whoever is named GENIE and picked up the phone right before 8:00 AM needs to be immediately disciplined. I understand she is likely not at this location, rather, the appt line was routed to her at approximately 07:59AM on Thursday, Feb 26. She picked up the phone, and as I asked to make an appt now that it was 8:00AM, she rudely said "oh okay!", and hung up on my face-- knowing damn well the phone would not route to her anymore as they route to the individual locations at 8:00 AM. UNACCEPTABLE.
