I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Lopez! She was kind, patient, and made my son feeling completely comfortable the entire time. She explained everything clearly and really took her time to make sure he was okay. The office was clean, and the staff was super friendly too. I honestly can’t recommend her enough.

Dr. López and her team, especially dental assistant Doralis, showed remarkable understanding and patience. From the moment we walked in, I noticed the warm welcome and relaxed atmosphere. Dr. López explained each step of the procedure in a clear and reassuring way, which helped my children feel comfortable. Doralis was incredible with my kids, using a gentle and understanding approach that made them feel safe throughout the process. I DO NOT recommend this place and honestly don’t understand where the 5-star reviews come from. I told the assistant this was our first visit and that I wanted to establish care for my child. I also mentioned a few concerns I wanted the doctor to check, but no one followed up, I had to take the initiative to speak because no one asked us anything. They did a “cleaning” and x-rays, and when the doctor came in, he looked at my daughter’s teeth but never said a word to either of us. He just spoke to the assistant, then left. Later, the assistant returned with the treatment plan, but my concerns were never addressed. The whole experience felt cold and robotic, not welcoming at all. Although the assistant was nice, she barely touched my daughter’s teeth when applying the fluoride, it didn’t

Place is clean and they do a great job. However forbid you have a crying child on your hip while your older one doesn't want you to leave the back while they are being taken care of. Or else the staff will talk about you to each other rolling their eyes right in front of your older child.

I want to sincerely thank and highly recommend Dr. López and the dental assistant Doralis. They treated my two children wonderfully, with so much patience, kindness, and professionalism. From the very beginning, they made us feel comfortable and safe, explaining every step and answering all of our questions. You can tell they truly know what they’re doing and enjoy their work, because the care was excellent and very personal. We are very grateful for the attention we received. They definitely deserve recognition for their outstanding service! The kids love to go when they have character days! Really recommend. My daughter was scared to visit the dentist but when we got to know Doralis. She fell in love with her and her treatment. Thank you!
