Dr Chapman demonstrates great care and diligence with the process of adjusting my bite while being careful with moving teeth at a safe pace. Each assistant I’ve met have been very knowledgeable and offers additional education and encouragement. The reception staff is great too. You get a live person on the phone quick to assist with a reschedule or urgent appt. and you get a warm welcome upon arrival at both offices I attend- Madison and Clinton.

Dr. Geiman is professional, kind and patient. I have the utmost trust in him. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and he is thoughtful about his response/treatment plan. I recommend Dr. Geiman without any reservations!! For reference, we have been seeing him for about 10 years.

For an additional examination, I was sent to their Clinton office where I was treated with the same respect and concern as I was in their Old Saybrook office. They all work seamlessly in giving me complete confidence in their care and expertise.
